Hi could someone help I have this parcel EV790514819CN
Its been showing dispatched to uk for.five days with no.update
I have another parcel which was sent the day before and was delivered to me yesterday

EV790514819CN status is ok. EMS status update can take up to 2 weeks. You just need wait some more time.

Could my parcel be lost I never had shipment take this long
Is there any way to.check if its actually been put on the plane

you can not see new status until parcel arrives UK and scanned by Royal Mail. Please wait one or two more weeks.
