the merchandise has been shipped out by our merchant to you through (EMS) . The tracking No. is LL203972368CN
I can't find any information for this number.

You can track the parcel in Netherlands Post website, but normally it won't show any result before the parcel arrives Netherlands.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code= LL203972368CN has no shipping record . This means your seller did not ship you anything.

If you just got this number, you need push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not get tracking result in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

if you have get this tracking number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute against fraud immediately.

call your bank and report fraud.
