RH357483079CN - this is a number of my first packet. Since 2017-01-10 09:48 still has the same status in tracking system. What happened? Is it lost in China? The second problem is packet RH361228761CN. Many, many days passed (circa 3 weeks) - no information in tracking system. Regards

RH361228761CN is invalid number, your seller did not ship the goods.

RH357483079CN should be delayed in Shanghai. Not sure the exact reason, but most possibly it is delayed by Chinese New year Holiday rush.
