Post Help! registered Mail RC290842532DE can not be delivered!

It's about my registed Mail with the number RC290842532DE. The reciever has left the Company and can not sign. I want to change the old reviever to a new one and then she can sign and recieve the mail. Is that possible? How should i contact the post Person and tell them to make the change?

The new Reciever should be Mrs. Guo Jingjing (郭睛睛)。

As long as the item is in chinapost hands, there is nothing really u can do to change the address or the receiver details. This is to protect the integrity and reliability of the postal system. Nobody should be able to change the recipient or intended address with just a phone call right?

It will take its course and in case of non delivery, the item will be returned to u. The whole process could take up to half a year.
