Hello. I am waiting for a package since October 2nd on the monitoring site I saw that it does not move. please explain to me if there is a problem or not my tracking number is 89800961597.
the seller told me that I will receive it between October 20th and November 10th. it is the first time that a parcel takes all time to arrive in France. Help me please

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left china for Turkey on Nov 3. You can not know exact location at this moment until Turkey customs releases the parcel to Turkey Post. This might take 2 to 5 weeks.

Is it on the seeway or airway ? if airway i think it should be arrived hier :)

it is air mail. However, most of the travel time is not in air but in customs warehouse waiting for import processing and sorting.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows no china location. This means it has not entered into China Post system. It might be outside China or entered China customs but never released by government.

Normally shipping from Germany to China will not be more than 6 weeks. If you can not get it by end of Nov, you should claim compensation(if you purchased insurance).
