Post Help finding package sent from China to Spain.

Hi, I am trying to locate a package shipped from China. The tracking. under is: LX455816001CN. It says that it is being returned to sender because the delivery was unsuccesful. I received an email from amazon saying that the package was delivered but no message was left on how or where to pick up the package. Can you please help me? Thank you

LX455816001CN was returned by Spain Post, you can not get it back anymore. You need open dispute to amazon for refund.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped on Aug 25. this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.
