How i can do? destination country is Italy

LX516217940CN is ok. you no need do anything, just wait two more weeks, it should arrive Italy.

Hi my packet LX544369950CN it has ben sent on 26 October but after two weeks track status stuck on "Despatch from Sorting Center". How much long it take to arrive in Italy? where is the packet now?

shipping time to italy now is slow. you need wait extra one or two more weeks.

Thanks if it not arrive After 40 days from shipping time can consider to open dispute for lose packet? How mano time is rasoneable to arrive in Italy tipically? Seller say me about “25-35 days” with epacket. Thanks

if seller promise you 35 days arrival. You can open dispute after 35 deadline passes.
