Hello, I posted 2 parcels end of March.
CP377193518CN
CP382806385CN

Status of these two parcels show "Posted" instead of "On Route". I don't see the usual information "Departure export customs": what does it mean? Have my two parcels well left China mainland?

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow and CHEAP parcel service. Normally it will arrive Germany in 4 to 6 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.

You can not get any information about such parcel after it left China. China Post worker can not answer your question because they don't know answer either. If you need to ship important or valuable item, do not use such sea/land combined CP parcel.
