Hi guys, my order has been stuck on 'export customs cleared' since the 7th of october, does this mean my parcel is on its way? Uk buyer LX920797739CN

LX920797739CN should be ok. It is still waiting for flight from Guangzhou to UK. you might need wait another 10 to 20 days. Once it arrives UK, royalmail website tracking page will show UK status.

Ok thank you. Just to clarify my parcel should be in the uk in 10 to 20 days?
