1. This is the full tracking of your parcel on the China post EMS site:

2016-12-16 00: 00: 00.0 18:11:00 Putian City Post Courier Logistics Branch North grinding station

2016-12-16 00: 00: 00.0 19:30:59 Putian City Post Express Logistics Branch North grinding station left the processing center, sent to Putian City

2016-12-16 00: 00: 00.0 19:56:06 Putian City to reach the processing center, from Putian City Post Express Logistics Branch Fengmei Lan station

2016-12-16 00: 00: 00.0 23:46:11 Putian City left the processing center, sent to Fuzhou

2016-12-17 00: 00: 00.0 20:30:52 Fuzhou City to leave the processing center, sent to GBLALA = LANGLEY HWDC Royal Mail

2. Either there is a problem in China or in UK. Like maybe 2 weeks ago somebody here mention 2 to 4 weeks for E Packet to UK.

3. If you can, just contact Royal Mail and ask them if there is a hold up in LANGLEY HWDC.

4. Your parcel need to be scan by Royal Mail so you can see some more tracking on the Royal Mail site.

Thanks.

is there anything elese i can do? or should i wait it out? if i should how long should i wait for this parcel?

1. First thing, just make sure you still have buyer's protection for your parcel.

2. You should wait till 20 Jan, this will make 5 weeks for your parcel. I think this is enough time for a parcel to be deliver especially that it's an E Packet.

Thanks.

1. Yes, here I have seen at least 5 persons from UK that they did not have their parcel within 2 weeks and they were E Packet.

Thanks.

hi i wanted to know.

is it true that if a parcel is late and/or has missed its estimated time to reach its destination in another country, chinapost put that specific parcel at the back? and make way for new parcels?

1. This is the way it goes:
Parcels are formed up into dispatches (shipments). They are put into mailbags, and a manifest listing all of the parcels and their particulars is drawn up. Then the mail bags are schedule for flight out of the country.

2. If a particular mail bag did not make it because there was no more room on the Aircraft then they have to be reschedule for another Aircraft. It's not first come first service. Example it might be shipment 1 to 20 today, then tomorrow 21 to 40 and so on. So if mail bags 15 to 20 did not make it, they have to be reschedule for another day and so on.

3. And then there is this:
If there is more mail than available space to send it, items of higher priority win out over lower ones. As a rule, express letter mail is the highest priority, followed by express packets and parcels, then ordinary letter mail, ordinary parcels, and finally SAL. So if you are sending a parcel via registered airmail, but there is a very high volume of EMS shipments that day, there may not be room for your item, and it’ll have to wait for the next flight.

During times of high mail volume, there is likely to be a backlog of shipments waiting to be sent. Your parcel, of course, starts at the back of the queue.

4. Don't forget the above comment comes from the FAQ and my personal observation included. I don't work for China Post and I don't live in China.

5. As for your comment about the parcel left in the back to make place for the new one, I really don't know.

Thanks.
