2. Your parcel is On Route/In transit to your country Turkey. Post Office in China and Turkey are very busy right now because of the holiday season. So you need to be patient.

my parcel still not in Turkey. should I open dispute?

1. What you could do is contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel yet. You should wait till the 21 Dec before opening a dispute. You have to give a chance to the Turkey Post to scan your parcel.

still not in Turkey. I contact seller and he said in 13.12 "your parcel on Turkey sorting centre, please wait" and I pm again in 17.12 and he said "we feel really sorry,recently because the customs clearance delay it ,sorry so much" but still no update.
I open dispute today is this possibble lost pack?

1. Nobody knows if the parcel is in Turkey Customs or not because Turkey Post did not scan the parcel. Every country works the same way the National Post Office scan the parcel then send it to the Customs for Clearance.

2. Is your parcel lost, probably not, maybe Istanbul has to much work to do because of the Holiday Season.

okey thanks but I think its lost because my other package scan in Turkey today "RQ057430492MY" its only took 19 day in rush time

okey thanks but I think its lost because my other package scan in Turkey today "RQ057430492MY" its only took 19 day in rush time

1. Your RQ057430492MY is Malaysia Post not China Post.

2. It's your parcel you do what is best for you.
