Post Epacket Hasn’t Changed

The tracking on my epacket parcel hasn’t updated in a week? it’s been stuck on ‘leaving to London Heathrow airport.

Anyone know why it’s taken so Long? Could it be customs or has it not left China yet? ’

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left china post warehouse on Oct 13. next station is Heathrow airport. You can not see new status until UK customs in Heathrow airport releases the parcel to Royal Mail. This might take 10 to 20 days.

How long does it take from leaving China to arriving in Heathrow? and does the flight make numerous stops along the way? I run a dropshipping store so I’m just trying to understand how the epacket process works

from leaving china to being released from Heathrow customs might take 10 to 20 days. There will be no update during this stage.
