Post EMS/ePacket shipping hasnt updated in two weeks, any insight?

Tracking number is LM324886194CN, was posted two weeks ago and hasn't updated since then, tracking page gives this information:

2018/11/28 18:10 Received by Post Office 200331
2018/11/28 21:43 Departure export customs SHANGHAI EMS
2018/11/28 21:43 Item returned from export Customs/Security SHANGHAI EMS

Any insight as to what's happening with the package?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM324886194CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shanghai office to UK on Nov 28.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and royal mail system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai ,China or customs warehouse in UK). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until royal mail gets the parcel from customs. Then royal mail website will show its new status with UK location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
