Hi.
My tracking number is LX986373077CN.
It is in transit from China to the Netherlands.
It is an EMS/ePacket parcel, and it said it would be 6-12 days.
When will I receive it?

When will I receive it?

1. This is one tracking of your parcel:
Number: LX986373077CN
Package Status: In Transit
Destination Country: Netherlands
Origin Country: China
2016-10-17 12:26 Guangzhou, left Guangzhou to the global transportation hub (transfer)
2016-10-12 11:00 Guangzhou Customs clearance
2016-10-12 09:26 Guangzhou, to the customs
2016-10-11 21:36 Guangdong postal courier logistics international business sales department Higashiyama Range Rover voted station has been received (the embrace cast member name: Deng June, Tel:)
Powered by http://www.track-chinapost.com

2. And another one:
International Mail# LX986373077CN Tracking Result
Summary
Tracking number Origin Destination Status
LX986373077CN CHINA NETHERLANDS On route

History Detail
Local date/time Activity Location Remarks
11-Oct-2016 21:36 Received by Post Office 510081
17-Oct-2016 12:26 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU EM

2. So, your parcel is On Route to the Netherlands from China. E Packet can take from 6 to 12 working days to be deliver. From those
days you have to exclude the time spent at the Customs Office in both country.

3. Your parcel already lost 5 days in the China Post Customs Office. How much time will it spent in the Netherlands Customs Office, you and I don't no the answer. If we start counting from the 17 then you have 8 working days done so far.

4. Your parcel is fine, you just need to track your parcel on the Netherlands Post site if you can.

Hope this help.

1. Maybe you will not like my opinion but if you don't receive your parcel by the 17 Nov then open a dispute for not receiving your parcel.

2. I know other people from the Netherlands are having the same problem as you here in this forum.

Hope this help
