http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO328861887CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to Portugal on Oct 22.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Portugal Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Portugal ). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until Portugal Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Portugal Post website will show its new status with Portugal location.
