LO277978249CN
I don't know what happened to the package, it got stopped 8 days ago by customs, does anyone know if it left China or its whereabouts? Thanks

LO277978249CN was rejected by Guangzhou airport safety check point. Not sure what is the reject reason, it seems to have something not allowed by airline(battery , chemical etc).

You need open dispute to seller for refund.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO297118408CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to Ireland on Oct 17.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Ireland Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Ireland ). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(your parcel seems to be delayed in some place outside China) until Ireland Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Ireland Post website will show its new status with Ireland location.

And just one final thing, is it possible my first package is still in transit despite the return? It's just two rugby jerseys inside, nothing dangerous

it is possible. But based on our stat, chance less than 20% because it never show up again after Oct 11.

New information just appeared on the package, do you have any idea where it could be, it says Ireland, LO277978249CN

Good news for you. Ireland post website shows LO277978249CN finally arrived Ireland Post office in PORTLAOISE MAIL CENTRE, CO LAOIS, You will get it very soon.
