Hello guys,
Have a question.

If anyone knows would a DHL deliver my package on saturday (tomorrow) if last update was "Sorted at the sorting center", or do I need to wait by monday?

depending on your location. In USA, normally DHL will make delivery on Saturday morning. In other country, DHL might not make any delivery. You should call your local DHL for accurate answer.
