Hi, I got this tracking number from my seller: LX555494701CN, but the tracking information has not been updated since the 31st of October... Is something wrong with my shipping?

your parcel is on the way to you. Now is rush season, UK customs clearance is very slow. You need wait extra two weeks to get new updates.
