04938999135 is china post ordinary parcel which is a cheap service. We can only know that parcel was shipped on May 4. China Post will not scan and update its further location status.

Shipping time to Balgaria might take up to 90 days. Your parcel is in normal time frame, please keep waiting.

"Waiting for pick up" means the seller notified aliexpress the parcel is ready, but it has not been picked up. Normally the parcel should be picked up in 2 to 3 business days. However, if seller gave fake notification to aliexpress, the parcel will never be picked up(Aliexpress normally will punish such seller).

So I suggest you wait one more week and track again.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only informaiton "Electronic Data Received Jul 30". This means your seller applied a parcel from china post on Jul 30. but never actually shipped anything. You might be scammed.
