1. This is the story of your parcel:
I suspect your parcel tried to depart multiple times from China but I guess each time there was no room on the Aircraft for the mail bag, so it went back in the holding area at the end of the list.

2. Maybe somebody forgot to look carefully that this parcel was E Packet, hard to imagine that all other mail bags were all China Post Express EMS mail.

your parcel is china post ordinary parcel which has very limited tracking information. based on my experience, you need wait another one or two weeks to get it. some parcel shipped in early Nov just arrived destination.
