LN763577655CN should have problem in suzhou customs. if you can not get it by early april, you need to open dispute.

Your shipping RH199353366CN came out of China on May 20. Your shipment should have been delivered at home, otherwise should open a claim and contact the sender.

Hello I have made a purchase from ebay the seller told me that china post does not give a tracking number because is an international free shipping and the price is under 50 dollars pleae tell me that is true and please let me know whitch post company you use in colombia south america

After your item leaves China, nobody can scan it again until it arrives in Germany...typically 2-3 weeks.

China Post will give a tracking number for a Registered Mail item of any value, but your seller is choosing to use ordinary mail with no tracking number for items under $50 because it is cheaper. Many sellers like this will let you pay a small amount extra to ship an item via Registered Mail anyway when its value is under their minimum.

I have a question about a parcel from China to Poland . The parcel number is RJ624791384CN. The last place where the parcel was is Shanghai. Where is the parcel now?

Why parcels from China to Poland from the same seller if they are transported through Beijing are in Warsaw in Poland after 3-4 days and when they are transported by Shanghai are in Poland after many weeks. Why parcel after information “package sent” in Shanghai 19/10/15 was still in Shanghai 23/10/15 also 5 days later?

My friend posted my package on the 26th of December 2015 to Germany and yet still have not get the package. So how much longer should I wait to get the package in Germany... I am telling China Post team your service really sucks huh CP 201434295CB
