Dear chinapostvolunteer,

Can you please help me? My package hasn't changed its status in over 2 weeks now. It says that it is at the export customs scan in Beijing. It has been over 3 weeks in total. The package only contains a pair of reading glasses so it shoul not have a problem passing the scan. Is there anything wrong with it? When will it arrive in Austria (NOT Australia, Austria is in Europe)? The tracking number is RH028165543CN.

Hi, i am waiting also for my packages ( Austria ). One is in Export security scan in beijing 3 weeks and other in sent to airline 2 weeks. Sometimes it takes longer, sometimes i receive it in 1- 2 weeks, but sometimes can be also lost. Call Austria post and ask with the tracking number if this arrived in Austria. maybe is in Austria but Austria post have not tracking online for china post.They will tell you if this is in Austria if not just wait one week and if your protection time is running open dispute now. More than 4 week after status ECS,ESC or sent to airline, i think schould be lost.

Hoffe bekommen wir unsere bestellungen.Lg desi :)

Thank you so much for your help Desi. I just talked to the customer service and they told me that the package arrived in Austria yesterday (although the lady didn't really know where in Austria it is right now - she told me to talk to them again tomorrow since they'll probably have more information then). I'm so glad that I know that it made it's way to it's destination country. I hope I'll receive it sometime this week. Good luck with your packages - I hope you'll get them soon!

I received my parcel today which i ordered on 5.10.2014 and status show still Export Security Scan in Beijing.The second i ordered on 4.10.2014 is still Sent to airline Goungzou and not arrived. So as you can see china post is sometimes strange.

4 possible reasons:
1. Sometimes there are delays for unknown reasons 2-4 weeks ( busy, high shopping season,holidays etc.) If no battery inside should not be a problem beside parcels from Urumiqi.
2.Status change not always, sometimes status stay in ESC, ECS or ICCW but parcel did arrived at your home.
3. You can call your post and ask if the parcel arrived in your country.
4. Sometimes parcels are lost. No one know why, but if the parcel did not arrive 4-5 weeks than is lost and you should open dispute for lost parcel.

RC348852915CN is from Urumuqi where many parcels were lost or rejected. you should open dispute and claim refund.
