Hello,

can you tell me what happend with my package? = LM288853559CN

its still on the Date of 25/11 since then no further updates. iwas shipped with express
13-15 days to Germany. but the funny part is sometimes the Tracking site changes and then i see the latest update is this = http://i.imgur.com/6iZv4Mp.png

but FRA like France? what happend there, or am i missing something?

Would be really nice to know what is fact right know.

When there is no hope to get this package "lost" then can you tell me how i get my money back?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM288853559CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Suzhou office to Germany on Nov 26.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Germany Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Suzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Germany ). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Germany Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Germany Post website will show its new status with Germany location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.

looks normal? when they said delivery time will take 13-15 days only? i paid for faster delivery so is it really "normal"?

or in other words is it normal when you pay 10 bugs more for a fast delivery 13-15 instead of the normal delivery 20-25 days that you have to wait almost the same time ? but only paid 10 bugs more im kinda angry about that.
