1. So far this is the only tracking I could get:

Package Status: In Transit
Destination Country: United Kingdom
Origin Country: China
2016-12-17 15:20 Putian City, left, Putian, Fuzhou City
2016-12-17 10:07 Putian City, Putian postal courier Logistics Branch international business Department has been received (the embrace cast member name: Xu Dezhi, Tel:)

2. After 1/2 hours of trying on EMS site finally got through, and this is your tracking:

2016-12-17 00: 00: 00.0 10: 07: 00 Putian City Post Express Logistics Branch International Business Department Received
2016-12-17 00: 00: 00.0 10:51:23 Putian City, arrived at the processing center, from Putian City Post Logistics Branch International Business Unit
2016-12-17 00: 00: 00.0 14:07:13 Putian City to leave the processing center, sent to Fuzhou
2016-12-18 00: 00: 00.0 02:25:37 Fuzhou City to leave the processing center, sent to GBLALA = LANGLEY HWDC Royal Mail

3. So basically your parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country UK.

4. Just continue to track your parcel on Royal Mail site for any new movement.

1. The tracking on the China Post EMS site did not change. Parcel (E Packet) to UK can take 2 to 4 week to arrive.

2. Just continue to track your parcel on the Royal Mail site for any new movement.

can I report a bad seller on this site because they are giving me no help whatsoever don't think item was ever posted the tracking number I received is lx239232536cn thank you

1. So you really think I provided you with a fake tracking when I answer you!!!

2. It's not because you have a bad seller that the tracking is false.

3. You can report a bad seller when ever you feel you got scam.

4. If you feel you got scam, then just open a dispute with the seller or go through you credit card company for a reverse charge if you use one.

5. It's your parcel and it's your money after all.

no the reason is you are being no help whatsoever when I ask you to find out about tracking from your side you tell me to wait 7 more days if not received a refund would be issued then after 7 days tell me to wait 3to5 more days if you think this is acceptable then you should not be in business as for the shoes they will probably be to small if they ever arrive NOT ATALL HAPPY

1. If you read all the comments I made (Int077) here, I said to you delivery to UK can take 2 to 4 weeks. You must be mistaken with somebody else.

2. And just so you know I'm not working for the China Post and am not a Chinese neither.
