Hi,
My parcel tracking number is CP345310650CN,
but I checked the tracking status is already 4 weeks since leave Shanghai,
no idea when it would be received in Netherlands.
Choud you check for me?

depending on the weight of the parcel. If it is less than 2 kgs, it will goes through air and will arrive Netherlands in 2 to 6 weeks from shipment date(sep 30).

If it is over 2 kgs, it is over 2 kgs, the shipment will be effected through surface mail which is very very slow. You might need wait about 2 to 6 months to get it in Europe.

My parcel is around 3kgs, I wonder before it arrives the netherlands custom, I could not get any updates about the parcel, right?

No. you can not get new status until Netherlands customs releases it to Netherlands Post.

I checked the status via chinapost track,it said
'2017-11-16 09:48:00.0 已arrive 目的国 '
does this means already arrive netherlands or something？
