Dear anybody,
could You please put some light on the fate of LM172567884CN which had left Shenzhen office 25/11/16 and no trace since then.

the parcel left china on Nov 24. if you have not got it, you should open dispute to seller for refund.

thank You for reply. Could You please provide some evidence that it had left PRC's territory (and not only Shenzhen post office) and/or arrived at Russia's territory? Usually (always so prior to this particular case) there was tracking info about leaving/arriving. There is no such info this time.

Unfortunately, the seller keeps telling me the same thing, - the parcel left, not our problem (smile here). I am not asking for refund from China Post. I'm just trying to get evidence on whereabouts of the parcel.

Once again, I cannot start the dispute with Russian authorities because there is no evidence that the parcel had entered RF or even left the PRC. The person in charge says, naturally, it's the problem on Chinese side (sorry). Anyway, they say, there is no evidence that the parcel had entered Russian post's zone of jurisdiction. If You could proved such evidence, please be so kind to do so.
