Help! My child’s santa present is stuck at Shenzhen center export customs cleared since 27th sept so more than 6 weeks! Tracking number is: RF965155292CN.

2017-09-26 17:14:57.0 shipping notice received from seller(速卖通平台)
2017-09-27 03:15:08.0 广东Shenzhen shipping center received
2017-09-27 04:17:05.0 广东Shenzhen shipping center customs scan
2017-09-27 06:38:23.0 已leaving 广东Shenzhen shipping center ，next station center
2017-09-27 08:04:22.0 Shenzhen export security scan
2017-09-27 16:44:47.0 Shenzhen center export customs cleared

Can anyone estimate how long more I have to wait for it to reach Ireland please or should I open a dispute?! Thanks

normally shipping time to Ireland is 2 to 6 weeks. now is rush season, it might be a little bit delayed. if you can not get it by Nov 20, you should open dispute for lost parcel.

RG642676819CN left china on Nov 3. it is on the way to your country. Nothing needs to be worried. wait another 2 to 4 weeks, it should arrive.
