hello

i have 3 issues, i really need help :

LL120525141CN : shipping to Norway : the item is marked as delivered, but impossible to have shipping informations in Norway. The recipient did not receive the product, so where is it ?

LA522411050CN : shipping to Malaysia : same problem the item is marked as delivered, but the recipient did not receive the product, so where is it ?

LA522113541CN shipping to Malaysia : same problem the item is marked as delivered, but the recipient did not receive the product, so where is it ?

an update : for issue 1 : LL120525141CN : the item was delivered in a town called Tromsø so there was a mistake

the parcels were delivered by Norway Post and Malaysia Post. You need contact destination post office for delivery detail. If you believe the delivery address showed in Norway Post and Malaysia Post website are not same as your order, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
