What is the form of accountability from the China post, if you send the item to the wrong address?

Russia Post website shows shows the parcel now is in MR LC Vnukovo Cex-2 MMPO 102972, Processing center.

You need contact Russia Post to pickup the parcel asap.

Well, i just contacted them. And right, China post written the wrong address. All can fix if China post confirmed the mistake asap to Russian post. Can you help me please?

china post does not write address. Address is written by your seller. If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute to seller for refund.

But seller said that they written and gave right address. Who is to blame and fix it?

Seller is lying. If you mail a letter or parcel to your friend, it is your responsibility to write receiver's address properly in the letter or parcel. Post office worker will not do this for you. This is the common sense in the world, not only China.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
