Hello. Good day to you.

Since the 10th of July the tracking details of my order has stopped (China Post Registered). The number is RS076764238CN. Please kindly see the details below;

2016-07-08 18:41:07.0 中山city Post Office parcel 集邮局commerical parcel 广告公司 received
2016-07-08 19:46:25.0 中山city Post Office parcel 集邮局commerical parcel 广告公司 customs scan
2016-07-08 21:47:40.0 leaving 中山city Post Office parcel 集邮局commerical parcel 广告公司 ，next station 中山
2016-07-09 10:49:27.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-07-09 15:41:49.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-07-10 21:54:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2016-07-10 21:58:15.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport

Can you please kindly advise what has happened.

1. This is what I got from the Mauritius Post:
No result found for your item RS076764238CN please call us on 211 7793.

2. I would not be surprise to find out that your parcel is lost. Estimated arrival time for your country is 2 to 2.5 weeks. Have you contacted the seller about your parcel? You should tell him that you have not received it.
