Post Why so much time in customs ? PLEASE HELP

Almost 10 days it is not moving from "The Shenzhen Exchange Bureau, have been exported to each other (internal transit)"
Should I contact the seller or wait for it to move ? normally how much days does it takes from this status to move forward ?

Even the package is normal , nothing like which is prohibited.

the parcel might have already left China but status not being updated yet. it is common, no need worry.

Even if it has left , I would have been able to track on indian post site. Even there its just giving one result as " Otb received ".
