I have a parcel that seems lost and I would like some help on why it hasn't reached USA yet. It never takes this long and I'm worried it's lost or something. Please let me know. Tracking # LN117550177CN

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in ,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

I have another question. It was actually shipped out in the 22nd and I see now that it had to go back to the beginning of the station for a security check (doesn't make sense considering it's just a fountain pen) and then it was pushed through the station again. So it's apparently not even on the plane yet. Why is this taking so long in China? I've never seen express service with China Post take this long. I feel like this order is not being processed right by China Post and it should already be on the plane. Is there any option to write a complaint and a request to speed it along? I just don't want to lose the order and I don't want to ask for a refund for an item that will eventually arrive. I always pick China Post Express and pay extra because I'm loyal to China Post compared to other carriers, so that's why it's upsetting that I paid more for this service and it's still not even out of the Guangzhou station and that there shouldn't have been a security issue because I've bought over 30 of the same thing from the same seller and never had a problem (they always package perfectly and describe exactly what should be on the shipping label) so it's clear the station messed up too. Please let me know what I could possibly do, thank you very much! x

the reject might be a mistake by scanning machine. China Post sent it to airline again on Oct 24. No further updating normally is a good news which means it has passed safety scan and left china. it is more likely staying in US customs warehouse waiting for import inspection(also very slow).

Just be patient and wait some more days.
