Post Why is my package not transported?

Hello,

I've sent a parcel from Germany back to Gearbest, because the phone was faulty.
Now I get the same state while tracking it since 5 days:
Parcel No.RE336561685DE tracking result
2016-10-16 23:58:00.0 Frankfurt export customs cleared
2016-10-19 10:53:22.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs scan
2016-10-19 13:26:04.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
It shall be transported to Shenzen, but it doesn't get any further.

1. Your parcel so far is fine, your parcel is transiting internally in China. With the volume of mails that China Post handle each day it could take from 1 to 2 weeks to reach the destination.

2. Just keep tracking your parcel, it will get there eventually.
