My package with tracking number RJ026493798ZA has not moved in 6 weeks. Last tracking information is:

2019-01-28 20:26

Leave "Postal Nanyang Mail", Next stop "postal Nanyang Mail" (via Turn)

I understand there may be backlog from new year holiday, but that was some time ago.

Can anyone help please?

RJ026493798ZA stuck in Nanyang for 2 months, normally this means the address is not deliverable. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.
