if our website shows the parcel is delivered, normally it should have been delivered. you can ask receiver contact china post office in 梅林 and get delivery detail.

I'm having trouble with seller, I sent him back the Packet I bought from him in ebay as he told me to do because the trusted him to be returning my money, as he told me , the package arrived in the country China Post office in 2016-12-11 13:50:09.0 with tracking number RE593629188GR i sent him, delivered to him since then ignores, I do not answer my messages i send, ebay knows it's crook the same as said the China Post office. my Post office did report the Post office where it is and they told us that was handed to him.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was delivered on Dec 11. you can claim refund from ebay.
