1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. Sometimes you need to wait up to 10 days before a tracking number gets into the China Post system.

2. If after 10 days you still can not track your number, then you should contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel,

AFAICT, an EA123399650CN is an EMS tracking number and should be updated immediately once the seller has issued the tracking number. It will get updated once the shipment has been scanned into the EMS system. If the seller issues you this tracking number and it is still not listed on the EMS system the next day, then you should immediately contact the seller to find out more about this tracking number.
