Can you help me about the Parcel No.UG354619807CN. The last update, on date 09.03.2018 is: leaving shipping center, next station center, but it has stuck there since 09.03.2018.

"leaving shipping center" is the last status you can see. There will be no update for such kind of register mail. You need wait 30 to 60 days to get the parcel.
