Hello, I have been there for a week and with the tracking number RU412156099NL it tells me that there is no shipping record, I would like to know what it can be, thank you.

RU412156099NL has nothing to do with china post, it is Netherlands Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Netherlands Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Netherlands first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Netherlands to other countries.

You can track the parcel in Netherlands Post website, but normally it won't show any result before the parcel arrives Netherlands.
