The last tracking information I received from USPS is "Your item departed a transfer airport in CAPITAL, BEIJING, CHINA on September 9, 2019 at 2:22 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination". However, the 11185 people told me that China Post only knew it has departed from New York on September 7 and has not got any new updates since then.

Does this mean my mail China Post has not received it yet?

RF125144431US is USPS register airmail. China Post scanned this parcel on Sep 9 in Beijing. It has arrived China.

Are you saying the China Post has assigned another tracking number for my registered mail after scanning it? It seems the previous tracking number RF125144431US is no longer associated with tracking information of delivery activities occurred within China.

If it is true, how could I find out the new tracking number assigned by China Post?

we can track RF125144431US in China Post database and see it just arrived Beijing. Unfortunately you can not do it in English.
