Tracking LH707297083CN. Paid for quicker shipping its been 3 weeks.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LH707297083CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenzhen office to Australia on Oct 7.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Australia Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Australia). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(your parcel seems to be delayed in some place outside China) until Australia Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Australia Post website will show its new status with Australia location.
