The seller shipped my item on 23 of August but no new information since 28 AUGUST normal in Tanzania take two weeks to deliver not it almost three weeks status stucking on dispatched to overseas why tracking no RB805093071SG

RB805093071SG has nothing to do with China Post. It is Singapore Post parcel.

Singapore Post website shows RB805093071SG was shipped to Tanzania on Aug 28. Normally such airmail parcel will take 2 to 8 weeks to reach your country from Singapore. You need wait some more time.

Tanzania Post website will show arrival info if your parcel has arrived your country.
