Post Where is my parcel?

I bought some clothing over a month ago and was told it would take 25 days max for them to reach me in the UK. The tracking info hasn't been updated since 22/03 and I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out where my parcel is and whether I need to be doing anything! My tracking number is LL057402240CN. Thanks :)

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LL057402240CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to UK on Mar 22.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Royal Mail system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in UK). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Royal Mail gets the parcel from customs. Then Royal Mail website will show its new status with UK location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
