http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY643116855CN shows the parcel was shipped on Sep 5 from Shenzhen. It has not been delivered.

You might need wait another 10 to 20 days to get the parcel as many parcels are delayed due to bad weather in South China.
