Hello this is my tracking number.

LM100413804CN

I waiting since 33 days for this order but the status is the same. Is this because of thr holiday time or is my parcel lost?

Shipments to Europe have been taking much longer than normal this year. Question though: are you in Germany or France? There looks to be two items sent under this number, which isn't supposed to happen. I'm not sure, but I think the actual parcel is going to France, not Germany.

Yeah, while it's possible that this one might show up in the next two or three weeks, I think it is more likely to be lost. :( You might consider opening a dispute with your seller, especially if your buyer protection time is running out.
