HI,
I ordered a messenger bag from Savings Tree on 24 October 2016, and I am still waiting for my parcel. According To China Post update, the parcel was still at the airport on 17.12.2016.
I live in South Africa.
Could you please advise on when I can expect the bag?
Tracking number: RS501281249CN.
I've already paid for the bag, and I have no joy from Savings Tree, as to where my package is.

Thanx for the reply.
Are you saying that my bag went back to the supplier?
Why?
Am I ever going to get my parcel?
I've already paid for the shipping.

you can not get the parcel anymore. we don't know the return reason either. it seems to be returned by your country's post office.
If your buyer protection is valid, you should open dispute to seller and claim refund asap.
