Post Where is my parcel?

I have purchased something online from China, and it was shipped by EMS.
Parcel was shipped on August 3rd, till now yet to received by Singapore Speedpost.

Have called Speedpost many times, and each time was told that the parcel has yet to be handed over to them by the forwarding company.

Dispute with sender is not going anywhere as sender EMS company advised sender that parcel has arrive in Singapore on August 4th....

Anyone can assist?

1. Unfortunately I was not able to get more info that you are saying.

2. I would not be surprise that the parcel was maybe left in the bottom of the bag, got stolen or what ever but it's lost.

3. You should open a dispute to get your money back, 3 weeks for China Post EMS is to long.

Many thanks for your advice.

A dispute has been opened, and a replacement is on the way.
But am trying to assist the seller to solve this 'lost' parcel, as seller shipping company insist it has arrived in Singapore.
