the delivery status is not updated since 3/7/2018.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ491986989CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 3. It is waiting for flight space from china to Malaysia. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. There will be no update during waiting time.
Everything looks normal, no need worry.

It is already 20days from 3/7/18 to 23/7/18.
please advise how long will it need to be take to arrive in Malaysia.

your parcel is still in Wuhan. Wuhan airport has some serious delay these days. You might need wait one or two more weeks.

How did you get information on your package? My tracking # said it's on route from Chicago. I live just outside of St. Louis and have been waiting since July 19th. My order was received on July the 3rd. They said 10 to 15 days for delivery. All I want is my package. I would love a local in US phone number this company so I could call and find out what's going on.

your need contact USPS for delivery detail.

return should be China customs Wuhan office decision. They did not give any explanation.
