Hello
I have a issue with a purchase I bought from ioffer.

The seller has sent my shoes but has not arrived at my house nor arrived in the UK yet. Could anyone look into this please cause, I have used EPACKET several times and it’s way quicker then this delivery and I am very scared cause he item I purchased was £60.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM243496052CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to UK on Nov 17.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and royal mail system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in UK). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until royal mail gets the parcel from customs. Then royal mail website will show its new status with UK location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to paypal for lost parcel refund.
