My order number is RS706214459CN and it is being shipped to india . Its been more then 3 weeks and track status still says 'Electronic Data Received' .

Mine also same situation as yours. I never get the parcel which indicates electronic data received. It has happened twice since I started shopping online. I was refunded. But the seller persist that he has send it. Has any one received parcel which indicates electronic data received as tracking? I would like to hear from some one.

'Electronic Data Received' means your seller applied a tracking number from china post but did not actually ship anything to you. You should be cautious of fraud. read following article:

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your parcel was just shipped Jul 19.
