Hi,

Please assist with where My Parcel is at for Tracking Number UG899106491CN

The tracking status has been frozen for over month to 2018-08-07 18:13:50

Is this normal ?

Last Update Time Destination Departure From Current Status
2018-08-07 18:13:50 Poland 南宁 leaving 广西安吉shipping center ，next station center

Please help me… :(

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

I am waiting over 12 weeks. The tracking status doesn't change.

you can not know where it is now. This is very cheap service, none scan and update its status.
